Dennis Monk has been involved in real estate for 32 years. He has built single-family residences, syndicated real estate developments as General Partner, developed commercial properties, acted as a broker in purchases and sales of commercial and residential properties and specialized as a mortgage broker helping clients to purchase and refinance their properties.
As vice president of a large private automotive spare parts company, Dennis was responsible for building a real estate division that enabled dramatic growth by opening over 60 new stores and relocating many poor performing stores in just one year in California.
Dennis' passion is to help people in distressed situations. He has re-negotiated credit card debt and obtained forgiveness of debt both with credit card companies/collection agencies, and lenders.
In commercial and residential properties Dennis has personally represented clients in "work-out" situations and short sales. His ability to bring people together for their mutual benefit has resulted in him being instrumental in getting lenders to work with him to mitigate losses on both sides.
Dennis has instilled confidence and trust with clients and lenders alike and has always believed in maintaining the highest integrity and being absolutely fair and honest as a broker.
