David Steinberg began his real estate career in 2001 as a senior account manager for Realtor.com. David was responsible for educating real estate professionals on how to effectively market and manage their business. From 2005-2007, David worked for Premier Wholesale Lending becoming one of the companies top mortgage consultants. Since joining Bluechip Realty, Inc., David has increased his knowledge of the current real estate market becoming a pre-foreclosure specialist. He is currently working on his GRI real estate designation and will be taking his California and Arizona brokers exam in the fall of 2009. His work ethic and passion for knowledge ensures Bluechip Realty, Inc. and its customers better service and better results. In his free time, David enjoys playing golf, snowboarding, deep sea fishing, attending live concerts, going to the gym, mixed martial arts, reading and spending time with his family. He resides in the Santa Clarita Valley with his two kids Bella and Bailey (Great Dane/Mastiff mix and Italian Mastiff).
