After spending four years in the military and serving his country on the front lines of the 1991 Gulf War, Jnani Matson has established himself as a successful businessman owning two companies over a thirteen year period. Not afraid of hard work, Jnani became a Hardwood Flooring Contractor who found his niche in the Los Angeles area for over 10 years. With his ownership of a Residential Mortgage company over the past Three years, he has funded over Five Hundred residential loan transactions totaling Over $150 million. He attended Sonoma State University in California, where he studied Geology and was a member the baseball team. As one of the two founding principles of Bluechip Realty, Inc. Jnani Matson provides leadership with integrity and passion and is dedicated to providing exemplary service to all. Mr. Matson resides in Castaic California and is happily married with twins.
 

Christian Fauria has always been coached to win both on and off the field.  Over his 13-year NFL career, Christian Fauria has played for some of the most successful head coaches of all-time, including:  Mike Holmgren (SEA), Bill Belichic k (NE), Joe Gibbs (WSH) and John Fox (CAR).  His own success includes 2 Super Bowl titles with the New England Patriots (2003 & 2004).

 

Mr. Fauria’s purpose, as one of the founding principals of Bluechip realty, inc. was to create a team of realtors who are truthful, honorable and focus on the needs of the customer rather then themselves. When it comes to homeowners Bluechip realty’s goal is to provide superior service and better solutions with dignity and respect. In 1994 Christian graduated with a B.A. degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a native of Los Angeles California graduating from Crespi Carmelite high school in 1990. He currently splits time residing in both Massachusetts and California with his wife and four children.
